Trial Result for Rule-38 Transfer is out now

Dear All,     

Please note:                                                                                              1. *The trial result for Rule-38 transfer is out now* .

2.The employees may be allowed to check the trial result on their status page only for a period of *3 days (from 03-06-2026 to till 05-06-2026)*

3.The Division/Region/Circle/Directorate can see the trial result of any employee in their login. Also they can see the allotted employee details against the vacancy for each preference applied by the employee along with type of transfer/mode of recruitment/ priority rank/Cadre/Cateogry etc for information. 

4.Any issues with the trial result should be pursued based on the existing rules and regulations and the data available in the status page by the DO/RO/CO authority. Any technical issues in allotment should be escalated by their authority with recommendation and findings i.e. employee should not directly escalate / raise ticket directly to CEPT through support desk ticket before *05-06-2026* .

5.CEPT will address the issues raised on or before 05-06-2026 till 08-09-2026.

6.If no major issues are observed, the provisional result will be made available to the employees for marking Accept/Decline from *09-06-2026 to 11-06-2026.*

7.The final allotment PDF will be generated after provisional allotment only.

8.The employees will be allowed to relieve/join after generation of PDF and made available to circle.
