This is to inform that from today onwards, PoS refund process has been automated.
Today onwards, CEPT and SBI will settle the PoS refunds at their end just like DQR and ePay refunds.
Today, CEPT has shared all the refunds cases of 04th September with SBI. SBI will share the refund details after two days.
As of now, the entire Cycle of refund settlement is T+5 days, which will be reduced to T+2 days shortly.

In some time, we will issue the official information along with refund process for all digital payment channels.
