GENERAL INFOThis tool helps find _discrepancies / non-accounted CBS figures in APT 2.0 Cashbook.
It is FREE to use and offered “as is”.
Use at your own risk.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS- MS Office 2007 or above, Enable macros. Trusted location may be needed for MS Office 365/2024+
- Change PC Region to English (India) - (Window+ R > type intl.cpl > OK > Format: English (India) > OK)
Annexure IV - TABLE-1 Generation
- Click on Annexure IV - TABLE-1 button.
- Select month then enter DDO code, HO name and Division Name (one time only, it will be auto-populated next time)
- Enter the details of approved Transfer entries
- Click Generate
Annexure IV - TABLE-2 Generation
- Click on Annexure IV - TABLE-2 button
- Select month then enter DDO code, HO name and Division Name (one time only, it will be auto-populated next time)..
- Upload the previously pending descripancy details in given template or Tick on no discrepancy if nothing exists.
- Upload TABLE-1 xlsx file of current month
- Update approved TE details for previously pending cases if available
- Click Generate
For subsequent months
- Upload TABLE-2 xlsx file of previous month
- Upload TABLE-1 xlsx file of current month
- Update approved TE details for previously pending cases if available, else skip.
- Click Generate
NOTENot a standalone software, It is highly recommended to take backup on regular intervals to avoid data loss
