Operational Guideline: Resolving Digital Payment Sync Issues for COD Delivery
If a customer’s digital payment is successful, but the mobile app shows the COD amount as *Pending* or *Not Updated* please follow these steps to resolve the issue before finalizing the delivery:
1. *Close All Apps:* Immediately close/crash all active applications running in the background on the mobile device.
2. *Relaunch & Login:* Reopen the delivery app and log in again.
3. *Select the Article:* Navigate back to the specific article in the app.
4. *Process Remark:* When you select the article, a message will appear: *"Amount received for this article, proceed for remark updation."*
5. *Complete Delivery:* Update the remark as *"Delivered,"* obtain the customer's digital signature, and finalize.
The system will now recognize the payment, and you will not be prompted to collect the amount again.
COD டெலிவரிக்கான டிஜிட்டல் கட்டண ஒத்திசைவு (Sync) சிக்கலை தீர்க்கும் செயல்முறை வழிகாட்டுதல்
வாடிக்கையாளர் டிஜிட்டல் கட்டணம் வெற்றிகரமாக செலுத்தப்பட்டிருந்தாலும், மொபைல் செயலியில் COD தொகை Pending அல்லது Not Updated என்று காட்டப்பட்டால், டெலிவரியை நிறைவு செய்வதற்கு முன் கீழ்கண்ட செயல்முறைகளை பின்பற்றவும்:
1. அனைத்து செயலிகளையும் மூடவும்
மொபைல் சாதனத்தில் பின்னணியில் இயங்கிக் கொண்டிருக்கும் அனைத்து செயலிகளையும் உடனடியாக மூடவும் / crash செய்யவும்.
2. செயலியை மீண்டும் திறந்து Login செய்யவும்
டெலிவரி செயலியை மீண்டும் திறந்து, உங்கள் Login விவரங்களுடன் உள்நுழையவும்.
3. சம்பந்தப்பட்ட Article-ஐ தேர்வு செய்யவும்
செயலியில் அந்த குறிப்பிட்ட Article-க்கு மீண்டும் செல்லவும்.
4. காணப்படும் தகவலை சரிபார்க்கவும்
அந்த Article-ஐ தேர்வு செய்தவுடன் கீழ்க்கண்ட தகவல் தோன்றும்:
“Amount received for this article, proceed for remark updation.”
5. டெலிவரியை நிறைவு செய்யவும்
- Remark பகுதியில் “Delivered” என்று புதுப்பிக்கவும்
- வாடிக்கையாளரின் டிஜிட்டல் கையொப்பத்தை பெறவும்
- டெலிவரியை இறுதிப்படுத்தவும்
இதன் பிறகு, கணினி முறைமை கட்டணம் பெறப்பட்டதை சரியாக பதிவு செய்து கொள்ளும். மீண்டும் தொகை வசூலிக்க வேண்டிய அறிவிப்பு தோன்றாது.
