SPM HELP 2.0 – RELEASE NOTES

Update Process

For Existing Users:
Copy the SPM DB file from your older version folder to the SPM Help 2.0 folder.

Create shortcut of SPM help exe in desktop and Run SPM HELP 2.0.exe to start using the updated version.

*For New Users*
Copy the downloaded file to your desired location.

Extract the contents.

Configure your office details in the Configuration module.

Create shortcut of SPM help exe in desktop and Run SPM HELP 2.0.exe to start using
using SPM Help 2.0.

Please refer to the Help Files folder for detailed operating procedures.

What's New in Version 2.0?
POSB Forms – Instant Printing: A print option has been added for frequently used POSB forms. Click the button to print the selected form instantly.

An option to view the POSB CBS Manual for reference has been added.

A module added to generate Office-Wise Silent Account Reports based on account balance.

A new module has been added for preparing SB LODs.

Transfer Register
Name Change Register
Pledge Register
ATM Register

*Updates and Improvements*
BO Interest Posting: Search for accounts using the account number. Bulk import has been enhanced to skip the date of receipt of already received accounts.

An option to generate letters to the Divisional Head has been added in BO interest posting module.

An option to add the HO name has been added in Configuration module.

Helper column added in PBcover module for tran IDs. The BO new account number updated in PBCover module will be automatically fetched to BO Voucher check module while importing BO transactions.

All reported bugs have been fixed.
