P3 MEMORANDUM – 8th Central Pay Commission
It is a proud moment for our Union that we have successfully submitted the Memorandum to the 8th Central Pay Commission well before the deadline of 20th April 2026.
This achievement reflects the proactive efforts of the Tamil Nadu team led by Com. Gurusivam (ACS), and the dedicated work of our respected leader Com. KVS, who prepared this comprehensive document within a short span of seven days.
We have also secured a unique Memo ID and completed all required technical formalities, ensuring that the collective views and aspirations of our All India and Circle Union members are formally and properly represented before the Commission.
The Memorandum serves as a strong and well-structured document highlighting the key concerns and expectations of the P3 cadre, especially regarding fair wages and improved working conditions. As the Commission begins its interactions in Delhi this April, our submission will act as a solid base for further discussions.
We request all members to kindly go through the attached document and share their valuable suggestions and feedback.
