Department of Posts has enabled premium payment for Postal Life Insurance (PLI) and Rural Postal Life Insurance (RPLI) through BBPS (NPCI platform).
✅ Now pay premiums easily via UPI, Net Banking & digital platforms
✅ Initially available on BHIM App
➡️ Soon on PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, CRED, SBI Unipay etc.
➡️ In later phase, facility will also be available through CSC operators
📅 Effective from: 25 March 2026
👥 Covers approx. 1.5 crore policies nationwide
