Dear All,

 

A new feature has been introduced in the  Accounts Module  to help  Head Offices  monitor and manage the  verification status  of  Sub Offices (SOs)  and  Branch Offices (BOs)  more effectively.

 

 ðŸ”¹ Key Highlights:

 

A report is now available at the  Accounts level of Head Offices  to check the verification status of SOs and BOs.  

 

A new  "View Verification Status"  button has been added on the  Cash Book  page, enabling DDOs to view verified offices for a specific date.  

 

In case of any discrepancies during cash book submission, HOs can generate the report (available in  PDF  and  Excel  formats) and compare data to identify and resolve issues.  

 

If any office balances, receipts, or payments are found incorrect, the respective  SOs along with their BOs  may be  reverted and reverified.   

 

If the  Verification Status  shows  "Missing"  for any office, it must be verified by the respective  Account Office.   

 

If any office has been  erroneously excluded  by the Accounts Office, it can be  removed from exclusion  and  reverified  to ensure accurate data entry.  

 

🆕 A  "Revert Excluded Office"  option will be made available to Head Offices shortly.
