We are glad to share that we have introduced a new feature in our SMS Banking.
This will help customers to get their CIF and Account Number by just sending an SMS “GETCIF<Space><DOB in DDMMYYYY> to 7738062873 from Registered Mobile number only.
Details are already published on website as mentioned below (https://www.ippbonline.com/web/ippb/sms-banking2) and soon we will display these details on the Mobile Banking registration page as well where customer needs to enter CIF and Account Number.
Kindly share this new SMS Banking feature with our customers and DoP stakeholders as it will ease the process of MB registration.
Note : It is mandatory that customer shall be pre-registered with our SMS Banking Services for using this new feature of GETCIF. To Register for SMS Banking, Send keyword “REGISTER” to 7738062873 from your mobile number, linked to your savings/ current account.
