Placing request for new and replacement personalized ATM cards - Reg

The restriction for placing request for new and replacement personalized ATM cards has been removed in Finacle and post offices can place the requests.

This is regarding placing of requests for new and replacement personalized ATM cards.

2). Since there was no stock of ATM cards with the vendor, a restriction was imposed for placing of new and replacement personalized ATM card requests in Finacle and mBanking in March 2022.

3). Now the ATM card vendors have been engaged and the printing and supply of ATM insta cards has been commenced w.e.f. 21.06.2025.

4). Therefore, the restriction for placing request for new and replacement personalized ATM cards has been removed in Finacle and post offices can place the requests.

5). Therefore, all the post offices may kindly be instructed to accept the requests from the POSB account holders for new and replacement personalized ATM cards and place the request in Finacle. Further, issue of personalized cards (cards printed with the account holder’s name) may be encouraged.
