Subject: All India Seniority List of Inspector Posts for the year 2014
regarding Madam/Sir,
I
am directed to refer to this Department's letter of even no. dated 20th
February, 2023 vide which All India Seniority List of Inspector Posts
for the year 2014 was issued.
2.
On the basis of inputs received from the Circles, following
rectifications have been done in All India Seniority List of Inspector
Posts, 2014 (AISL, 2014):
i.
Name of Sh. Harish Kumar RG has been deleted (Sl No. 240 of earlier
Seniority List referred above) as the name of the officials is already
included in 2009.
ii.
Name of Sh. Prakash PK has been included at Sl No.286 in AISL, 2014.
Name of Sh. M Subbaiah has been included at Sl No. 301 in AISL, 2014.
Name of Sh. Ramesh Kumar has been deleted from S1 No. 300 (APS
candidate) of earlier Seniority List referred above as the name of the
official has already been placed at Sl No. 142 (Merit List).
iii. Date of appointment in IP Cadre of Sh. Devender Kumar Nema is corrected as 23.09.2015 instead of 09.09.2016
iv.
Date of appointment in IP Cadre of Irfan Ahmad is corrected as
26.03.2016 from 26.09.2016, placed at Sl No. 275 in AISL, 2014.
V. Name of Sh. Sanjay Khurana has been corrected from Sanjay Kumar placed at Sl No. 92 of AISL, 2014.
viii.
Name of Sh. Guruvinder Singh has been excluded (Sl No. 258 of earlier
Seniority List referred above) as the name of the officials is already
included in 2009.
3.The
candidates serving in APS and declared qualified in IP Examination
under concession available for APS personnel, have been interpolated
according to date of completion of 3 years of JCO. In case, date of
completion of 3 years of JCO is same for two or more officials, marks
obtained by them will be the criteria.
4.Accordingly,
Revised All India Seniority List of Inspector Posts for the year 2014
is enclosed herewith in suppression of earlier list circulated vide
letter dated 20th February, 2023.
5.The Revised All India Seniority List of Inspector Posts, 2014 is subject to the final outcome of following litigations:
(i).
O.A. No. 296/2019 filed by Manish Kumar Srivastava & Ors. Vs. UOI
in Principal Bench, Hon'ble CAT, Delhi against the Final All India
Combined Seniority List of Inspector Posts for the years 2001/2002. The
applicants are direct recruits selected through Combined Graduate Level
Examination - 2003 conducted by Staff Selection Commission.
(ii).
O.A. No. 180/985/2018 titled G. Jayasree Vs. UOI, filed by departmental
promotees at Hon'ble Tribunal, Ernakulam Bench, Kerala (now tagged with
O.A. 296/2019, CAT, PB, New Delhi) aggrieved by the decision of
revision of seniority list of the cadre of Inspector Posts. CAT,
Ernakulam Bench has stayed the said revision of seniority list.
(iii). Any other litigation pending before competent court as on date, against the Seniority Lists of IP cadre.
