Step 1 — Submit request at Post Office
Visit the Home Post Office / Account Office where your POSB account is maintained and submit the Internet Banking request form.
For accounts at a Branch Post Office, the prescribed SB-ATM-1 form can be used for Internet/Mobile/SMS banking services. �

Step 2 — Wait for activation SMS
After the Post Office processes and enables the facility, an SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number. �

Step 3 — Open the official website
Go only to:

The official portal currently provides “New User Activation” and “Forgot Password?” options. �

Step 4 — New User Activation
Click New User Activation and enter the required details, such as:
CIF ID / Customer ID
Account Number
Registered Mobile Number
Your CIF ID
is available on the first page of the POSB passbook, according to the official FAQ.

Step 5 — OTP Verification
An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and complete verification.
