When will it be implemented
ReplyDeleteSBCO PAs who were left gasped due to departmental policy and finally kept forced to merge to PA cadre and loosing all the seniority in the new PA gradation list .Their greviance should also be considered. Seniority in new cadre should be based on service put up rather than filthy policies which degrades work culture
ReplyDeleteRather than gradation, promotion to the post of LSG/HSG could be explored through a departmental exam.
