Ø Purpose: For generating and verifying the MO Issue/Paid Returns of HO/SO/BO.
Ø Procedure:
1. Download, unzip and copy all files to same folder from the link given below.
2. Generate A/c Head report from Treasury >> Reports >> Accounting Details >> From to Date >> Select each office >> Generate report >> download report in Excel format
3. A/c Head code for MOI are - 8781000100 & 1201004000 and for MOP – 8781000200.
4. Open the MO-IPO Returns App. Provide Your Office Name
5. Select either of "Issue / Paid" options in Report Type
6. Upload the all files already downloaded.
7. All the data will be displayed in the table.
8. Click "Generate" button to generate the concerned report. Both office wise and consolidated reports are generated in a single pdf file.
9. If needed single office report can also be generated by selecting the concerned Office Name from the Office filter option.
10. This App can be used by both HO & SO. It can be used for generating the report for sending the report to higher Offices as well as for verifying the data sent by subordinate Offices.
