HRMS payments processed through the POSB interface with POSB accounting have been changed with effect from 29.07.2026
Accordingly, In the Daily Transactions Report of the Post Offices, HRMS transactions will be accounted as Payment under relevant budget account code in the Payment side and RSAO HR to CBS Receipts in the Receipt side.
The corresponding POSB credits and RSAO HR to CBS Payments will be reflected in the books of CPRC Chennai
In this regard, all Post Offices are requested to tally the Daily Transaction Report (DTR) with the relevant Finacle reports as prescribed in SB Order No. 09/2026 to ensure proper reconciliation of transactions.
