Madam/Sir,
I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to inform that the REVISED TRIAL RESULT is published now and the list of employees for which there is a change in the revised result are provided below with remarks for information please:
The changes observed in the revised trial result are:
i. Change in the allotment of 5 employees as described above.
ii. Pending number changed for many non allotted employees due to the above 5 allotments. However, the increase is either 1 or 2 based on the case which is also analysed and found appropriate.
Further, the revised trial result will be available to all the employees till 19-06-2026 EOD for raising concerns if any.
In this regard, the following may be noted for information and necessary action:
1. Divisions/Regions/Circles can view the revised Trial Result of any employee through their respective logins. They may also view the details of employees allotted against vacancies for each preference exercised, including transfer category, mode of recruitment, priority rank, cadre, category, and other relevant particulars for verification and reference.
2. Any issue noticed in the revised Trial Result may be examined by the concerned Divisional/Regional/Circle authority with reference to the applicable rules, regulations, and data available on the employee's status page. Technical issues, if any, may be escalated to CEPT by the concerned authority along with detailed findings and recommendations. Employees should not raise support desk tickets directly with CEPT before 19.06.2026.
3. CEPT shall examine and address all issues received on or before 19.06.2026 and take necessary action by 22.06.2026.
4. Subject to resolution of the reported issues and in the absence of any major discrepancies, the Provisional Result will be made available to employees for exercising the Accept/Decline option. The allotted employees will be informed through email/SMS.
5. The Final Allotment PDF will be generated only after completion of the provisional allotment process.
6. Relieving and joining of employees shall be permitted only after generation of the Final Allotment PDF and its availability to the concerned Circles.
All Circles are requested to take note of the above and ensure timely examination and reporting of issues, if any, within the stipulated timeline.
