This digital platform has been developed by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Government of India, to manage the complete pension process in an efficient and transparent manner.

Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia has directed India Post to integrate its pension services with the SAMPANN portal within a strict one-week timeline.
💡 Key Features of SAMPANN:
• End-to-end digital pension management system
• Direct credit of pension to bank accounts
• Covers entire pension lifecycle (sanction to disbursement)
• Reduces delays, errors, and manual intervention
• Improves transparency and accountability
📊 Current Status:
SAMPANN is already being used for around 4.8 lakh telecom pensioners, including those from DoT, BSNL, MTNL, and VSNL.
