PROCESS TO BE ADOPTED FOR PERSONALIZED ATM CARDS
i. Personalized cards may be issued by the *Post Offices* against request received from customers for *new or replacement of expired/expiring cards.*
ii. On receipt of request from customers, *Post Offices may place the request in Finacle through CCMM menu.*
👉 POs should ensure that *KYC is updated properly with current address* before indenting for personalized or replacement cards, to avoid *non-delivery of ATM cards* to customer's address.
iii. *ATM PIN for personalized card* will be dispatched separately by *Registered Letter* to the ATM Card Holder’s address *within two days* of the dispatch of ATM card.
iv. The concerned *Delivery Post Office* should ensure that *ATM Cards and PIN mailers* sent through registered letter are *delivered to the ATM Card holders only.*
v. *ATM cards will be activated after 24 hours* of delivery, and the *first transaction can be done in any ATM kiosk.*
