EOY INSTRUCTIONS FOR POST OFFICES

Dear SPMs,

Please note the EOY Instructions

1. No CBS transaction on 01.04.2024 and 02.04.2024.

2. Cheque can be accepted on 01.04.2024 and 02.04.2024.

3. Office account 0382 should be Zero on 30.03.2024. Check before EOD on 30.03.2024.

4. Unverified non financial entries should be cleared. Check HAFI and clear the items on daily basis.

5. No transaction after 5.00. P. M. on 30.03.2024.

Kindly go through the order and ensure smooth EOD.
