GDSPJCA Temporarily Defers Strike: Prioritizing Members' well being Amidst recent developments.especially newly recruited (below 3 year) 

GDSPJCA after historical 4 day Indefinite Strike with massive participation has successfully showed its discontent. However, recently the department turned aggressive rather than looking down with sympathy on its employees and issued nation wide termination letters for more than 30,000 GDS. This turned the situation warlike, affecting the strike percentage. The GDSPJCA keeps the interest and the future of the GDS at utmost importance and do not want the harm of even one GDS. Thus, the All India GDSPJCA after thorough discussion for more than 5 hours held collectively to defer the strike temporarily in order to safeguard each and every member & to avoid panic like situation. We thank one and all for creating history which is the basis for our amicable settlement soon.

जीडीएसपीजेसीए ने ऐतिहासिक 4 दिवसीय अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल के बाद बड़े पैमाने पर भागीदारी के साथ सफलतापूर्वक अपना असंतोष दिखाया है। हालाँकि, हाल ही में विभाग अपने कर्मचारियों को सहानुभूति से देखने के बजाय आक्रामक हो गया और 30,000 से अधिक जीडीएस के लिए राष्ट्रव्यापी समाप्ति पत्र जारी किए। इससे स्थिति युद्ध जैसी हो गई, जिससे हड़ताल प्रतिशत प्रभावित हुआ। जीडीएसपीजेसीए जीडीएस के हित और भविष्य को सर्वोच्च महत्व देता है और एक भी जीडीएस का नुकसान नहीं चाहता है। इस प्रकार, अखिल भारतीय जीडीएसपीजेसीए ने 5 घंटे से अधिक समय तक गहन चर्चा के बाद प्रत्येक सदस्य की सुरक्षा और दहशत जैसी स्थिति से बचने के लिए हड़ताल को अस्थायी रूप से स्थगित करने के लिए सामूहिक रूप से बैठक की और निर्णय लिया। हम इतिहास रचने के लिए सभी को धन्यवाद देते हैं जो जल्द ही हमारे सौहार्दपूर्ण समाधान का आधार है।
