H.Os in the respective Divisions
Respective PA will have a Naming Badge of Brass as "COUNTER CAPTAIN"
Respective PA will wear a Neck Band Naming "MAY I HELP YOU"
One 2 ft x 3 ft desk will be provided to them with a table plaques of "MAY I HELP YOU"
They will monitor that No Refusal from any counter and will also guide the customers as per their need
