This is regarding clarification on use of Form No. 121 in place of Forms 15G/15H for TDS - Declarations in CBS.

In this regard, Regions have sought clarification on whether the Form No. 121 may be accepted in place of form 15G/15H for TDS. In addition to above, we are receiving grievances from the customer pertaining to this matter.

Hence, it is requested to provide clarification on the above issue at the earliest.
