Sub : Inordinate delay in issue of HSG-II promotion order – reg

             This Circle Union would like to bring to your kind notice about the inordinate delay in issuance of HSG-II promotion orders. The draft Seniority List of LSG officials released in December 2025 had several discrepancies and omissions. It was expected that the HSG-II promotion orders would have been released after correction of omission and discrepancies in the LSG Seniority List. However to our dismay the Circle Office delayed this promotion awaiting clarification regarding fixation of Seniority of Accounts Line officials after their merger with General Line. However this clarification was received from Directorate on 01.01.2026. Despite the receipt of clarification the HSG-II promotion process still delayed which has caused concern among large section of our members who were eagerly waiting for their promotion.

       More than 600 officials throughout the Circle have also completed the mandatory HSG-II training before 21.12.2025 are totally disappointed in the delay of issue of HSG-II promotion orders.

        Adding fuel to this disappointment the Circle Office has issued orders to notify the Rotational Transfer before January 2026. In these circumstances the timely issuance of HSG-II promotion orders at least before January 2026 would help the divisional administration to notify the correct number of vacancies for RT 2026.

Hence it is requested to expedite the issue of HSG-II promotion orders.
