📌 *CGDA Clarification on Restricted Holiday (RH)*
An important clarification has been issued by the CGDA regarding mid-fixing of Restricted Holiday between Casual Leave (CL) and Regular Leave (EL).
🔹 Point (a): RH can be mid-fixed between Casual Leave, as CL is not a recognized form of leave.
🔹 Point (b): RH cannot be mid-fixed or sandwiched between two spells of any kind of regular leave (i.e., EL). It can only be prefixed or suffixed with regular leave.
