Sub: Issuance of Set of Instructions for Postal Life Insurance Operations and Accounting Processes subsequent upon Phase -2 deployment.

With reference to the aforesaid subject, please find enclosed herewith the list of functionalities that would be available to Counter PA's at HOs/SOs from Booking Solution Module in APT 2.0. Important functionalities include new business quote, new business indexing, policy summary, customer search, loan/surrender/revival quotes, email & mobile addition/update.

2. Selected functionalities from PLI-APT integration from Phase-II, are being deployed on 10.10.2025. After the deployment, the enclosed (Set of Instructions covering Postal Life Insurance Operations and Accounting Processes) will apply.

3. The above information may be widely disseminated to HOs/SOs for information and necessary action of field staff.
