Subject: Introduction of New Feature in Accounts Module

Dear All,

A new feature has been introduced in the *Accounts Module* to help *Head Offices* monitor and manage the *verification status* of *Sub Offices (SOs)* and *Branch Offices (BOs)* more effectively.

*🔹 Key Highlights:*

✅ A report is now available at the *Accounts level of Head Offices* to check the verification status of SOs and BOs.  

✅ A new *"View Verification Status"* button has been added on the *Cash Book* page, enabling DDOs to view verified offices for a specific date.  

✅ In case of any discrepancies during cash book submission, HOs can generate the report (available in *PDF* and *Excel* formats) and compare data to identify and resolve issues.  

✅ If any office balances, receipts, or payments are found incorrect, the respective *SOs along with their BOs* may be *reverted and reverified.*  

✅ If the *Verification Status* shows *"Missing"* for any office, it must be verified by the respective *Account Office.*  

✅ If any office has been *erroneously excluded* by the Accounts Office, it can be *removed from exclusion* and *reverified* to ensure accurate data entry.  

🆕 A *"Revert Excluded Office"* option will be made available to Head Offices shortly.
