2. POSB eBanking/ Mobile Banking facility can be availed on Post Office Savings Account (which can be opened with a minimum initial deposit of Rs. 500/-) by submitting prescribed form duly signed at concerned Post Office, and details of all other scheme accounts of the user can be accessed from this eBanking/ Mobile banking login. After enabling these facilities by concerned Post Office, the account holder will get activation code within 48 hours of account opening to proceed further in “New User Activation” option at POSB eBanking Website.

5. Alternatively, PPF Deposit can be done through Indiapost Payments Bank (IPPB) Savings Bank Mobile App namely “IPPB Mobile Banking” also.
6. From other bank accounts also, facility for account transfer to PPF Account is introduced by the Department, using PPF Account Number and common IFSC Code for SB/SSA/PPF accounts. ie. IPOS0000DOP
