HO/SO:
1. Day begin for treasury (all the employees must check their name, employee id, office of working, office id)
2. Counter configuration in booking solution.(ie check all the users are coming for work allocation)(except C class offices)
3. Postman delivery module shift begins(check no.of beats coming with the name of the postman and offices having BOs check their BOs name)
4. Checking of Role and module as per workflow (Bagging, Booking ,Delivery, Bank, Treasury, Sub Account Etc)
5. Checking of TCB and stamp balance for HO/SO/BO(in report option)
6. Checking of emos in hand
7. Checking of schedule.
8. Checking of Cheque details.
9. Roll out sign off.
10. Postman Day End
11. Treasury Day end.
12. For Postman check IMA app and for BYOD install DSS app.
For BOs: (BPM/ABPM)
1. Checking whether IMA app is pushed in IPPB/Departmental mobiles.Keep Mobile in good network connectivity area.
2. Day begin in BPM mobiles.(check name, emp id and office id)
3. Check the cash and stamp balance
4. Dummy bag close.
5. Day end.
6. For ABPM/DS/ just login the IMA app with ID and password. (Default pwd Dop@1234)
7. For android version 12 and above DSS app can be installed in their own mobile and then login in DSS App.
PM & SPMs should confirm all BPMs/ABPMs/DS/Postmans are updated with latest IMA & DSS Application
